Unranked Vanderbilt took advantage of Kentucky's 17 turnovers as the aggressive Commodores won 74-69 Saturday afternoon before a sellout crowd of 14,316 in Nashville.


Vanderbilt committed only five turnovers.


Leading the ninth-ranked Wildcats, who fell behind 14 points in the first half before making a second-half comeback with a seven-point advantage, was Otega Oweh, who had a double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds. Ansley Almonor, who started in place of the injured Andrew Carr, had 12 points and Jaxson Robinson added 11.


Trent Noah of Harlan County played 12 minutes and posted a career-high four rebounds.


Kentucky (14-5 overall, 3-3 SEC) returns to action on Tuesday night, visiting nationally-ranked Tennessee in Knoxville. The 7 p.m. ET contest can be seen on ESPN.
