PHOTO GALLERY: Paige Smith Named 2023 Kentucky Mountain Laurel Festival Queen

The prestigious Kentucky Mountain Laurel Festival in Pineville has a new queen. Her name is Paige Smith of Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College. Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear was on hand to crown the new queen Saturday afternoon at Pine Mountain State Resort Park. Morgan Grace Warren, a recent graduate from Union College, served as the 2022 KMLF queen.
