No. 18 Kentucky dropped to No. 4 Texas 64-53 before a crowd of 9,572 on Monday night in Austin.

Leading the Wildcats were three players who scored in double figures -- Asia Boone who had 16 points, Clara Strack 14 and Tonie Morgan 12. Strack also grabbed a game-high seven rebounds.

Kentucky, now 18-7 overall (5-6 in SEC), committed 23 turnovers and only made 58 percent of its free throws.

Texas improved its overall mark to 23-2 (8-2 in SEC).

UK returns to action on Thursday night, hosting Texas A&M at Historic Memorial Coliseum. The 6:30 p.m. ET game will be shown on the SEC Network
