No. 18 Kentucky improved its overall mark to 20-7, including 7-6 in the SEC, as the Wildcats defeated No. 14 Ole Miss 74-57 Sunday afternoon at Historic Memorial Coliseum.


UK had a 19-0 run in the second quarter to break open the game . Kentucky's biggest lead of the game was 24 points.


Clara Strack had 28 points and nine rebounds to lead the Cats. Asia Boone and Tonie Morgan added 15 and 14 points, respectively. Morgan had nine assists while Boone gunned in 4 of 8 three-pointers.


Kentucky's next game is Sunday as the Cats visit Nashville to take on Vanderbilt. Tipoff is set for 3 p.m. ET and the game can be seen on SEC Network Plus.
