Kentucky coach Kenny Brooks and graduate guard Georgia Amoore spoke with the media Saturday night following UK's 30-point win at Purdue. The Wildcats improved their record to 9-1, while Purdue dropped to 5-5. Amoore gunned in 21 points on 53.3 percent from the field. She eclipsed 2,000 career points in Saturday night's game, now ranking seventh in NCAA DI among active career leaders. Amelia Hassett, a junior forward, had a game-high and season-high 22 points on 53.8 percent from the field. Clara Strack, sophomore center, had 12 points and 12 rebounds for her fifth double-double this season. Kentucky will play host to Belmont for its annual holiday game on Friday at Historic Memorial Colieum. The 6 pm ET game will be shown on SEC Network+.
