No. 11 Kentucky Women Down Arkansas 89-69; Wildcats Are Now 17-2

Eleventh-ranked Kentucky continued its winning ways at home when it defeated Arkansas 89-69 Sunday afternoon at Historic Memorial Coliseum. The taller Wildats, who outrebounded the Razorbacks 44-30, are now 11-0 at home this season.
UK, which never trailed in this game, was led by five players who scored in double figures.
Sophomore center Clara Strack had 17 points and 10 rebounds for her ninth double-double of the season. Junior forward Teonni Key had 13 points and 11 rebounds for her seventh double-double this season. Graduate guard Georgia Amoore pumped in a team-high 19 points along with eight assists.
Amelia Hassett and Dazia Lawrence each gunned in 14 points.
Kentucky improved to 17-2 overall and 6-1 in the Southeastern Conference, while Arkansas is 8-14 overall and 1-6 in the SEC.
UK will host No. 19 Alabama on Thursday, Jan. 30 at 7 p.m. ET on SEC Network.
