Kentucky Women Drop Third Straight Game as Cats Lose to Georgia

No. 11 Kentucky lost to Georgia 72-67 Saturday afternoon at Historic Memorial Coliseum. The Wildcats, who have lost three straight games, are now 17-5 overall, 4-4 in SEC.

Asia Boone and Amelia Hassett each scored 15 points for Kentucky. Jordan Obi added 12 points and grabbed a team-high nine rebounds, while Tonie Morgan had 10 points and 12 assists.

UK returns to action on Sunday, Feb. 1, visiting Arkansas in Fayetteville. Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. ET and the game will be shown on the SEC Network.
