Former Harlan County High School star Blair Green, who grew up in Middlesboro, played her last home game as a Kentucky Wildcat Sunday afternoon at Memorial Coliseum. In the top photo, Green is shown with her family and fiance CJ Fredrick in a pregame ceremony honoring UK seniors. In the second photo, Green attempts to protect a loose ball away from two Tennessee defenders. Tennessee defeated UK 83-63 with the Wildcats finishing the regular season at 10-18 overall (2-14 in SEC).
UK is the No. 14 seed in this week's Southeastern Conference Tournament. Kentucky will play No. 11 Florida in Game Two, 25 minutes after Game One, on Wednesday, March 1 at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina. The game will be broadcast on SEC Network.
