LEXINGTON, Ky. – A total of 61 current and former University of Kentucky student-athletes have completed degree requirements and may participate in Commencement ceremonies Friday, May 4 and Sunday, May 6 at Rupp Arena.
Along with the 35 graduates at the December commencement, UK Athletics will total 96 graduates during the current school year.
Among the graduates are a pair of Wildcats who are completing their degrees a quarter-century or longer after their original term on campus. Oliver White, a tight end for the 1981-84 football Wildcats, returned to earn his diploma. Mia Daniel, a women’s basketball forward from 1990-93, also has finished her degree requirements.
