LEXINGTON, Ky. -- For the first time ever, the 2018 John Calipari Basketball Fantasy Experience will be held at the world-class Atlantis, Paradise Island Resort in the Bahamas, coinciding with the Kentucky men’s basketball team’s Bahamas trip this fall.

This unique charitable weekend will be held August 10-12 and offers unprecedented access to an elite college basketball program during its foreign tour.

The John Calipari Basketball Fantasy Experience provides campers the opportunity to spend a weekend in the life of a Kentucky basketball player. Attendees have the option to play or coach and will receive expert instruction from Coach Cal, the current UK men’s basketball staff, former UK basketball greats, and other celebrity guests.

The previous six John Calipari Basketball Fantasy Experiences have proven to be tremendously successful, as UK basketball alumni and basketball enthusiasts have come to Lexington from across the United States. Combined with past UK alumni basketball and celebrity softball games, the event has generated more than $5 million for charity in its existence.
