Freshman Nick Richards (pictured) was the star of the night as the 6-11 freshman led Kentucky to an 86-67 win over Fort Wayne Wednesday night, Nov. 22 before a crowd of 20,645 at Rupp Arena. Richards had game-highs 25 points and 15 rebounds, marking his first double-double as a Wildcat.

Eighth-ranked UK improves its season record to 5-1. The Wildcats will play host to University of Illinois at Chicago on Sunday. The 6 p.m. game will be televised by the SEC Network.
