“It’s a short homestand, but one that has a lot of great attractions,” said Legends President/CEO Andy Shea. “It will be a big weekend of fun and Legends baseball at Whitaker Bank Ballpark.”
The Legends, which is a Class A affiliate of the World Series champion Kansas City Royals, will play against the West Virginia Power, an affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, on Thursday through Sunday. As of Wednesday afternoon, the Legends have a 7-6 record, while the Power are 11-3.
