For the fourth year in a row, Kentucky basketball coach John Calipari is paying in-state tuition for two UK students who are enrolled for the 2017 spring semester. UK's tuition fee is nearly $6,000 per semester for an undergraduate student.

The two students who attended the annual Blue-White game Friday night, Oct. 21, at Rupp Arena were selected in a random drawing for this special scholarship. The lucky UK students (pictured with Calipari) who won the Blue-White Game scholarships were Houston Williams, a pre-pharmacy sophomore from Cumberland County, and Whitney Wright, a public health freshman from West Liberty, Ky.
